Saratoga Pony traditionally carries 2 to 4 teams and  interlocks with LAMV Pony to form an 8-10 team league.

PONY 14U™ LEAGUE is the transition league that takes players from the "kid" leagues to "young adult" status. It permits a player to play on a diamond tailored to his/her size (80 foot bases and a 54 foot pitching distance) and capability rather than being moved to one with twice the playing area in a single year.

PONY 14U™ LEAGUE is specifically designed for the player in those very formative early-teen years.  The rules of Pony baseball more closely resemble that of "real baseball" which include traditional lead-off and base stealing rules.
